This trip was very memorable, especially because of the hotel we stayed at. Everything was excellent—the interior design, the layout of the rooms, the amenities, the cleanliness of the place. It was all exactly as I expected, even beyond that, because the price for all these services was unbelievable.

Very unpleasant stay due to the miscommunication and dishonesty. Will not recommend. Regrettably, my stay at this hotel was overshadowed by an unexpected few hundred Euros deposit, a crucial detail conveniently absent during the booking process on booking.com. The staff's explanation of it being a 'pending transaction' was not only misleading but outright false, as the amount was immediately deducted from my account. The deposit was not returned to my account almost one week. This lack of transparency and professionalism in handling financial matters left a very bad experience. I have personally travelled in a lot of European countries and I never ever experienced this matter. I understand the reason of taking deposit, but the hotel needs to consider the amount of deposit and inform to the customer beforehand. Be HONEST and PROFESSIONAL. Water was not refilled. It was not a quiet room as it is opposite the main road. The decoration of room were all falling apart.

Fabulous apartments exceptionally clean and staff very welcoming and helpful. Beds very comfortable, toiletries are luxurious. Great wifi connection.Close to subway for getting about with nice restaurants nearby. Close to Alexander Platz.

Great place to stay. Just 40 metres from the U bahn station. Very comfortable and spacious. Receptionists extremely helpful especially Natalia. Emailed before travelling to ask some questions about journey from airport etc and got a prompt detailed reply. Whilst there all our questions were answered and they were so helpful. Would definitely recommend these apartments.

We booked two Deluxe Studios four our family of 4 + dog. Comfortable, clean and spacious rooms. And an added plus of having kitchenettes so we could eat-in if we chose to. Hotel is in a great Mitte location across the street from Tram and around the corner from U-Bahn. Great area of town to walk around. Plenty to see and do and plenty of nightlife and great cafes at your doorstep and all-around. Hotel staff is very attentive and helpful. Only downside, rooms appear to all be on the street side, so there is street noise into the night most nights. We were so exhausted from our daily adventures it really did not bother us too much, but can see how some light sleepers might find it a problem. Would most certainly recommend and will certainly consider next time we travel to Berlin.
